Position: Desk Side Support

Contract Length:
Until 31 December 2014 but highly likely to extend beyond albeit we cannot guarantee this at the moment.

Location: Paris

Hours: 35 per week

Role:

Required to work at our client site in Paris for the Desk Side Support and IT provisioning role which will include the following:

- Desk Side Support
- Refresh swap/retrieval
- End user coordination
- System deployment, swap, data transfer & retrieval
- Quarantine of returned systems
- Preparation for return/hot swap/redeployment/disposal
- Asset management services
- Performance Measurement & Reporting

Technical and skill requirements:

- Imaging of Desktops and Laptops
- Ability to support - Mac OS X, M/S Windows 7 and Linux
- Good awareness of Linux/Mac OS X
- M/S office
- Anti Virus software support and awareness
- Networking skills and TCP/IP awareness and understanding

Essential experience/Qualifications:

- Spoken and Written English

Desired:

- ITIL awareness
- MCP's (MCSE/MCSA)
- ACSP

Eligibility Requirements:

- Ability to work in EU (France)
- Spoken and Written French

Any experience in the following roles is also advantageous:

Roll out Engineer, 2nd Level support, System Administrator
