Projektbeschreibung

Solely responsible Desk Side Support

. Installation, network setup and service for standard client environment
. Organization, or self-execution of repairs on desktops, notebooks, Smart Hands on the server and Network Devices
. Supervision, instruction and training of the users
. Support IMAC (install, move, add, and change of hardware and software components)
. Documentation creation and update
. Administration of the service orders in its own ticketing system
. Compliance with the given service parameters
. Reporting

Requirements:

. Good knowledge of MS operating systems (Windows XP, WIN7) and MS Office 2007/2010 applications and Outlook
. Basic knowledge in the areas of network
. Hardware knowledge in the areas of desktop, notebook and peripherals are desired.
. Soft skills such as resilience, friendliness, experience in service and team skills are a prerequisite
. English, spoken and written
. Driving license
