TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Imaging of Desktops and Laptops

Resolve assigned Incidents, problems, and service requests

Enter accurate information regarding status and resolution within service desk queues.

Initiate escalation process as necessary
-
Provide the highest level of client satisfaction through prompt on-site support
-
Perform timely delivery of service per the processes outlined in the Statement of Work
-
Resolve the problem by using a systematic troubleshooting approach and appropriate technical documentation, diagnostic, and maintenance procedures
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent
-
MCP's advantageous
-
Experience in a Desk Side Support role or similar
-
Networking skills and an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems
-
Microsoft office
-
Anti Virus software support awareness
-
TCP/IP awareness and understanding
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to work in EU (France)
