Designer Infrastructure

We are currently searching for a designer to work in Amsterdam for 18 months plus extensions. This is a fantastic contract opportunity for a large multi-national client.

The ideal candidate must have the following skills:

Designer infra:

Description:
A designer's primary goal is to design the most optimal solution for our business partners. Responsible for translating non-functional requirements to infrastructure solutions.

General knowledge and experience:
Responsible to align business and IT with the business partners assigned to the project. For these business partners you will be the single point of contact for all technical questions about the infra solution.

Technical knowledge and experience:
Windows, AIX, Mainframe, linux, .NET, WebSphere, MQ, Oracle, MS SQL, Network, Firewalls

Competencies:
Strong analytic skills, coaching jr/mr designers, able to take role as SPOC for any business questions, flexibel, creative and task/action driven, able to check solution architect documents
