Designer/Developer - OO and UI/UX Solutions

Responsibilities:
- Support Integration and UI/UX architects in technical solution design
- Implement and test solutions in close cooperation with the Integration and UI/UX architects
- Estimate implementation efforts (story points)
- Analyze and fix bugs
- Participate in functional testing
- Lead development of technical solution documentation

Required Skills:
- Senior JS developer, ability to write OO and modular code
- Good experience with Angular.js, including unit testing
- Good experience with HTML5/CSS3 and UI design
- Good experience with DB development (schema definition, triggers, simple procedures)
- Good experience developing Server Side components (Servlets, RESTful API, DB persistence/JPA, Java POJO/library dev, XML processing, JUnit)

Other Requirements:
- Experience implementation solutions using an Agile methodology is a plus
- Adherence to development methodology as defined by UNIFY project

WORK LOCATION: Basel

DURATION: 01.09.2014 - 31.08.2016

PERMITS REQUIRED: EU citizen or valid work permit

WORKLOAD: Full time assignment, M-F standard working days. On average 80% assignment when vacation time is factored in.
