- Responsibility for package, design, development and testing of electrical components incl. cost- and supplier-management
- Coordination of interdisciplinary Team concerning costs and suppliers
- Supplier Control (Development and Testing)
- Generating of road-maps, risk-lists and change request for the components
- Maintenance of customer-specific tracking tools and databases
- Presentation of results and milestones in project meetings
QUALIFIKATIONEN
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Experience in coordination of development projects for electrical components (e.g. control devices, switches, wiring harness etc.)
- Knowledge in packaging (interior and motor compartment)
- Very good English skills (spoken and written)
- Confident communication with customers, suppliers, workshop etc.
- self-contained and self-dependent method of operation
- Ability to communicate and work in a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Conflict management
