Design Project Manager Birmingham

My client, a large financial services company, is looking for a Design Project Manager to join their team in Birmingham.

This position requires managing a team of analysts to ensure the: Coherence; Compliance; Design suitability; and Strategic alignment of the end to end design, architecture and operating model across all workstreams

Experience required for this position:

- Must have a strong financial services background
- Solution design, architecture design essential from a business operations background not from a technical project
- Previous knowledge and Project management experience in working in a regulatory environment/banking
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise on the Customer Tax Policies and underlying legislation
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders, including Customer Franchises, Design and Technology
- Ensure customer impact is minimised and the work stream adheres to the Treating Customers Fairly principles
- Provide oversight, review and static testing of the end to end design and any design artefacts
