Phaidon is seeking a very analytical candidate for a long term contract to hire role with a top Tech client in NYC. This person should have excellent leadership and team building skills and come from a heavy statistical/engineering background. You will be part of a new initiative in the Digital Marketing sector for the client.

Requirements:
-8-10+ years of statistical engineering experience
-Experience with statistical modelling including multivariate analysis, factorial design, logistic regression, linear/non-linear regression, etc.
-Proficiency with SQL and R, Python or SAS
-"Design of Experiments" specific experience using the above methods
-Excellent communication
-Leadership and team building skills
