Studio Manager, In-house Charity, Stoke-on-Trent, Salary Neg, Freelance

A very exciting opportunity has arisen with a well known Charity company based in Stoke-on-Trent, for a Studio Manager to join their team on a Freelance basis, beginning immediately.

To be considered for this role you will have the following skills/experiences:

Mac Based
Excellent skills in Adobe CS5
A good standard of Microsoft office skills
Previous experience in a design/studio management role
Distinct advantage - working knowledge of HTML for e-marketing campaigns (not essential)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills

The successful candidate will have the following roles/responsibilities:
Managing the in-house design studio
Overseeing the design and artwork of all marketing collateral and print using an internal digital print facility.
Managing 3rd party contractors
Monitoring imagery used by and ensuring the suitability of images
Progressing photo projects
Reporting of departmental performance
Responsible for ensuring design process is compliant and consistent with the brand guidelines

This is a really nice opportunity for a Design/Studio Manager looking for some temporary work to tide them over for the quieter period than January tends to be. The work could last up to a month or potentially more, as they are recruiting for this role permanently, this work will be in the interim.
