Opportunity Description
We now have a fantastic opportunity for talented Design Engineers specialised in Class-A Surface modelling, for super luxury cars, to join our team based in UK.

Key Responsibilities
* Concept design with Class-A surface modelling and delivery of component and sub-system as per design milestone and Gateways.
* Working with the studio engineers to identify and specify design activity required, interpret requirements, estimate time to complete and construct a work plan that supports the release schedule
* Working exclusively on surfacing using ICEMSURF or ALIAS in meeting the studio requirements
* Engineering Release - Define and meet all class-A release dates to support program timing.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Expert in ICEMSURF or ALIAS software tools.
* Knowledge of Class-A surface modelling, Surface analysis and design visualisation and rendering, surfacing with point cloud data.
* Knowledge of NURBS, surface continuity- G0, G1, G2, G3.
* Knowledge of Automotive subsystems, Viz. BIW, Exterior and Interior Class-A parts
* Previous experience of work in styling studio in OEM or tier one supplier.
* Should have the knowledge of product design and development cycle.
* Should have the knowledge of safety & regulatory standards
* A strong track record of delivering designs w.r.t. time plan.
* Mechanical or Automotive or Industrial Engineering Degree.
* Total 4-5 years of automotive styling experience.
* Creativity in designing styling surfaces of automotive
