For this key position they are looking for a strong design engineer, predominantly mechanical but ideally a multi-disciplined engineer with experience in New Product Development/Introduction and a strong background in R&D. Relevant skills include controls/instrumentation, polymers, fabrication, LED lighting, Fans, sensors, Refrigeration, Thermal dynamics and automation. As a start up company this will not be a 9-5 role, the environment will also be very fluid with all processes and procedures yet to be put in place.
