Design Engineer Motion Control

For our client in Nord Brabant, the Netherlands, we are looking for a software design engineer.

For this it would be a must that you have knowlede of control engineering or Cervo knowledge.

Job description:
Implement machine control sequences to trigger data collection actions and to initiate timely distribution of process correction data to the various software sub-systems. You will work toghether with the electro or mechanical department.

* Input for the job will be a Software Impact Analysis (SIA) written by a Sr. Design Engineer.

The SW Designer will be responsible for:

* Update of the relevant SW component documentation (EPS/EDS)
* Implementation of the design
* Test and integration of implemented features, including test documentation (TPS/TAR)
* Educational level: Academic, computing science or comparable technical study
* Experience >5 years

Must have experience:

- C/C++
- Motion control
- Python
- Issue solving
- Issue analysing
- Integration

* Experience in Embedded software development

Nice to have

* Experience with ClearCase/ClearQuest
* Supervisory machine control knowledge
* Verum ASD experience
