Design Engineer - Automotive - East Midlands

I am currently working with a client of ours in Milton Keynes who are actively looking to increase the head count within their Technical team.

I am looking for Design Engineer's out there in the market who are interested in a new opportunity. The company specialise within the Automotive sector with customers being Audi, BMW, Ford (Land Rover and Volvo), Honda and many more.
They have an interesting product range that many Design Engineers find interesting and motivating to work with.

The successful Design Engineers will have the skills and experience working within industry using 3D CAD ideally NX / Ideas.
? Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent.
? NX Cad.
? Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing.
? Tolerance stack up techniques.
? Quality tools (FMEA, FTA).
? Function, performance & durability of interior trim parts.
? Layout & packaging experience.
? Material property knowledge particularly plastics & TPO covered parts.
? Knowledge & experience of manufacturing processes, particularly injection moulding & design for assembly.
? NX FEA (Advantage).
? IMDS (Advantage).
? Exposure to homologation & legal requirements (Advantage).
? Expose to patent protection (Advantage).

I am due to meet with this client next week and will be taking a hand full of suitable candidates CV's along with me. We have interview dates set up for the following week.
