Design Engineer

Mechanical Design Engineer - Inventor - 6 months - South Wales

Amoria Bond are currently working with a client based in South Wales who require a experienced Mechanical Design Engineer on a contract basis. The role is expected to be run for 6 months with the scope of being extended.

The successful Design Engineer must have experience of Inventor 3-D Design Software and be able to model, draught and detail using this software. We also require experience of designing special purpose machines, which could come from any industry although any packaging experience would be great.

You will be working with the existing design team developing several niche products from concept through to production. Cradle to grave project experience is therefore advantageous.

The project the successful Mechanical design Engineer will be working on are related to bespoke equipment, experience with low volume design is desirable.

The successful Mechanical design Engineer must have experience producing designs for manufacture, ideally for special purpose machinery or similar complex equipment is essential.
