Consultant required to create a Design Authority function to improve our ability to facilitate change, align ICT with transformation and realise full value from technology investment as well as fully understand the risks of technology changes. To achieve this the Design Authority will need to develop a clear architectural understanding of the organisation's business capabilities, its information model and its application portfolio.
I am looking for an individual to work with us to develop the model for the design authority including:
- Remit, scope and priorities
- Governance model
- Staffing structure and associated job descriptions
- Costs
