Derivatives Governance Specialist - 6 month FTC A leading banking group in London is seeking a Derivatives Governance Specialist for a 6 month project reviewing a number of SME derivatives and determining whether or not specific derivative transactions were mis-sold for those categorised as non sophisticated. In doing so, you will be searching, investigating and providing derivative trade confirmations for the purpose of assisting the banks customers and their transactions in scope of the banks derivatives programme. Responsibilities: -Provide trade confirmations to analysis teams -Explain the relevance of ISDA in the trade confirmation process -Explain the front to back process of producing and executing trade confirmations -Answer questions as to how trade references translate into confirmations and documents. -Explain the linkage of trades in trade booking systems which make up structured interest rate products & how the documents located match up to these bookings.
