An outstanding opportunity has arisen within the Structured Credit Derivatives Documentation group of a top tier Investment Bank. Our client is currently recruiting for a Credit Derivatives Drafting Specialist to join an expanding team.
The successful candidate will draft structured flow confirmations for products including CDS, index options, index tranched, recovery locks, bespoke tranches, CDS on ABS, CMBS Index and CDS on Loans. As well as check incoming confirmations for all products supported by the group and handle negotiations of Master Confirmation Agreements.
Essential Skills required:
- Structured credit derivative product knowledge
- Previous drafting experience for CDS products.
- Knowledge of the relevant Credit Derivative ISDA Definitions
- Good communication skill and an eye for detail.
