Derivatives Compliance Case Review Analyst - Contract/London

Compliance, Quality Control, Derivatives, Interest Rate Derivatives.

A leading financial client are looking for Derivatives Compliance Case Review Analysts to assess case files that are linked to new FSA interest rate hedging products sales legislation.

The ideal candidate will have the below skills & experience:
Demonstrates a good understanding of the FSA's regulatory requirements for the sales of interest rate derivative products.
A working knowledge of interest rate derivative products.
Has some experience in Commercial Banking.
Has a good knowledge in regulatory investigation and resolution processes.
Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills.
Is used to working under tight project deadlines.
Has the ability to escalate where appropriate.
Ability to work well as an individual and as part of a team.

Knowledge
Working knowledge of interest rate derivatives and their use in commercial banking.
TCF (Treating Customers Fairly)
Can demonstrate a working knowledge of interest rate derivative transactions (desirable).
Knowledge of good regulatory practices and quality assurance business review controls.

Experience
Minimum 2+ years in financial service, risk management or advisory compliance.
Recent Derivative/Loan/Insurance & swaps in Investment Banking or Financial Services experience.
Professional qualification.
