Derivative Trade Support Supervisor (OTC/ETD)

Leading Investment Manager require an individual to join their expanding Derivative Trade Support team as a Supervisor and support ongoing projects and BAU trade flow across OTC/ETD products.

You will be required to:

* To proactively support the post trade execution of OTC/ETD instruments, including confirmation, settlement and cash movements, investigation and resolution of any resultant trade issues or transaction entry into portfolio administration systems
* Liaise with executing brokers, clearing brokers, custodians, Middleware vendors, fund managers on a daily basis to ensure the effective administration of derivative transactions, maintaining internal and external relationships.
* Confirm cashflows with the brokers and help to process them.
* Trade Capture & position reporting (internal and external).
* Exceptions management of trade confirmations on MarkitWire & DTCC.
* Trade life cycle maintenance.
* Compile and review Management Information covering reconciliations, confirmations & settlements.
* Have a good understanding of the "life cycle" of a trade.
* Understand paper confirmations terminology
* Be familiar with ISDA definitions.
* Strong PC skills particularly in Microsoft Excel
* Have a full understanding of how to process transactions via DTCC and MarkitWire.
