Deputy Team Manager - QSW

Eden Brown is currently recruiting for Deputy Team Manger with extensive experience of Child Protection, Child in Need and Looked After Children cases.

Location 5 min walk from tube station, Car park, Monday to Friday 9-5pm 36 per week, expenses paid every two weeks, Latest gadget Mobile phone and Laptop, potential working from home 1-2 days a week.

You must have previous experience within management of both cases and staff. Preferable for the individual to have experience of reflective supervision and experience of supervising Social Worker's in Court and under the Children Act 1989. The team consists of one TM, 2 DTMs, 4 SSW's, 6 SW and 1 SSA. This is a very busy team and therefore you need to be able to work under pressure and stress, use initiative and be able to manage complex cases and situations.

You need to be able to multi-task and manage a duty system of incoming work, alongside managing long-term work within the team. You have to be familiar with ICS in order to hit the ground running and be willing to put the time in to building the team. This position needs someone with dedication and flexibility.
