Deputy Team Manager - Intake & Assessment

We are looking for a Deputy Team Manager (DTM) to join the Intake & Assessment (I&A) Team in Dunstable, Bedfordshire.

You will be required to assist and support the Team Manager in managing the overall work of the team, providing cover where necessary. To supervise Social Work staff as determined by the Team Manager, including completion of PDR's in line with departmental and corporate supervision standards. You should be highly skilled in assessing risk, making decisions and supervising staff.

You should hold a recognised Social Work Qualification, be HCPC registered and have access to your own transport.
