We are currently recruiting for an Deputy Project Manager to join their business in Netherlands.

Main Responsibilities:
- Making and Clarifying project delivering solution to customer.
- Organize and lead delivery team to do project delivery and reach project target.
- Collecting and negotiate requirement with customer to find solution.
- Understanding PMP procedure with requirement and fulfil revenue target for project.

Qualifications:
- End to end progress tracking.
- Looking for a very good communication, the candidates should have good English and Chinese language abilities, Dutch will be optional.
- PMP certificate is preferred, successful project management cases in West European area will be essential.
- Candidates should have sufficient team leadership background; experience with multiple countries' project delivery will be preferred.
- Candidate should have the key role to lead the delivery team for a long time.
- The candidate should be sensitive to customer requirement, complains and provide fast response.
- The candidate should have strong competence in risks forecast and aversion.
- Candidate should have strong desire for team success and personal success. Push to get all related resource to resolve project problem.
- Based on project delivering status summarizing the related experience or case material.
