The THE DEPUTY PROCUREMENT DIRECTOR

CONNECT44 IS LOOKING FOR THE DEPUTY PROCUREMENT DIRECTOR PERMANENT ROLE

Duties:
In charge of huge volume or key project purchasing program.

Responsible for organizing and participating in the selection and management of suppliers in UK&I area, building long-term and stable partnership with suppliers according to headquarters'/region's procurement strategies, in order to keep consistent supply, to reduce the synthetical cost of procurement, and to obtain competitive advantage in procurement area.

Analyze procurement demand and the market, to achieve objectives of procurement cost control and lower general cost of procurement according to headquarters'/region's strategies.

Identify risks from the on-changing procurement environment, set up and implement anti-risk system, to keep supply consistently.

Organize communication with suppliers periodically according to the categorization management of that, to build good relationship with suppliers. Gather and analyze industrial markets, clients information in-time according to the category of materials, for the sourcing potential suppliers to ensure validity of procurement strategies

Professional Knowledge & Experience                    

At least eight years experience of working

A proven ability to lead and deliver procurement projects.

Can identify corporate reputation priorities directly aligned to business objectives in the operating environment

Experience of working across functions and business units

Education      

Bachelor Degree or above

Computer/Language Skills    

Family with Microsoft office Excel/Word/Powerpoint,etc
