My client is a leading healthcare company and they are currently looking for a Deputy General Manager to support the General Manager in maintaining an operational clinic.
The successful candidate will have experience within:
Ensuring access targets are achieved
Ensuring quality and activity targets are achieved
Management in a clinical environment
Managing personnel in a clinical environment
Leading and chairing meetings
Improving current services with LEAN Methodologies
Developing business cases to support service development
Assisting the General Manager with strategy development
Managing financial expenditure
A healthcare or NHS background is essential to this post
A Prince 2/Prince2 certification would be of great benefit as would experience within Project management
