JOB TITLE: DEPUTY DISCLOSURE OFFICER
LOCATION: LONDON
CONTRACT LENGTH: UNTIL 31/08/2015 WITH A POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Experience of performing the role of a disclosure officer or deputy disclosure officer in a complex fraud, commercial crime or regulatory context.
Trained as a disclosure officer on an Accredited course.
Good knowledge of the CPIA, the Attorney General's Guidelines on Disclosure and associated current guidance.
A good understanding of the criminal cartel offence and the disclosure risks of cartel investigations, as well as consumer criminal cases.
The ability to quickly and accurately assimilate new areas of law and procedure
