A leading Asset Manager requires a DR (Depositary Receipts) Relationship Manager.

YOU MUST HAVE ASSET SERVICING EXPERIENCE - NO ASSET MANAGEMENT!

The DR Sales & Relationship Manager is the primary point of contact for managing the client relationship on the best possible terms and providing services to the client according to the highest standards.

The Sales & Relationship Manager analyzes and understands the client relationship and revenue profile, develops a client plan for retentive marketing efforts, coordinates delivery of service among functional groups internally, coordinates response to client inquiries, provides support to clients around special projects, manages entire mandate renegotiation processes, provides contract and document review, negotiates new business agreements and coordinates fulfilment of compliance, legal and other internal requirements.

This is a "Front Office" role with significant interaction with key market participants including: issuers, investment banks, legal advisors, regulators, investor relations firms and stock exchanges. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills are required. The role requires broad representation of the business in external and internal situations. Good social skills and cultural application required

Strong analytical skills required to match prospects with appropriate marketing efforts and products. Deep technical DR knowledge required to service key DR Clients on a day to day basis. Ability to solve client needs as corporate actions, investor regions issues, regulatory updates/implications and DR program developments occur. Ability to think innovatively, and to apply technical knowledge in new market and/or product contexts.

Substantial experience in capital markets related work. Solid experience in Sales and Relationship Management as well as capital markets
