Deployment Technicians

DEPLOYMENT TECHNICIANS ORLANDO, FL CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY

*WE RE LOOKING FOR MULTIPLE TECHS TO TAKE PART IN A LARGE SCALE WINDOWS 7 MIGRATION PROJECT.*

* MUST HAVE SCCM EXPERIENCE.*

* MUST BE ABLE TO WORK NIGHT SHIFT, IF NEEDED.*

QUALIFICATIONS:

- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN AT LEAST ONE DEPLOYMENT PROJECT (no exceptions)
- 1-2 years experience in desktop support
- Deployment, migration and troubleshooting experience highly preferred
- Should have background and knowledge in various deployment methods
- Experience in desktop hardware, operating system, applications and peripheral device deployment and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding on Windows AD and Networking technologies
- Should be able to speak to SCCM/WAIK/MDT
- Knowledge in Microsoft Assessment and Planning (MAP) and Application Compatibility Testing (ACT) tools required
- Experience in image building process
- Knowledge and experience of customer service practices
- Preferred MCP/MCIT certifications
- Good communication skills
