Deployment Technician

ABOUT THE JOB:

We are looking for an experience Windows 7 Deployment Tech who has hands on experience with the supporting, troubleshooting, and migrating Windows XP to 7. The ideal candidate will have their A+ certification, experience working with deploying Window 7, and 1-3 years of experience in a related field. This is a Long Term contract with roughly 30hrs/week.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

- Lead a part of a team deploying Windows 7
- Provide excellent customer service and will follow through with clients, even after issue has been resolved
- Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems; Hardware Break/Fix Support- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair client desktops, laptops and printers in an office environment

REQUIREMENTS:

- 2-3 years of experience in a Desktop or Field Tech support role
- A+ Certification highly preferred
- MUST have RECENT experience with Windows XP & 7, and Microsoft Office 2010
- Strong communication, organization and planning, work ethic, client facing and interpersonal skills.
- Must have reliable transportation

WHAT IT\'S LIKE TO WORK HERE:

This is a fast pace corporate work environment. Individual will be able to dress business casual. In this environment there will be a lot of customer service needed along with the fast-pace challenging setting. Will be times where this person will need to translate technical terms into non-technical language. This individual will be a part of a team, but in some circumstances will be required to work independently. Our client is a Global Fortune 200 company.

LOCATION: Monroe, LA

PAY RATE: $16-17/hr.

It is required that all contractors complete a background check and drug screen report. They must pass a drug screen with a positive clearance and the background check without the following convictions on their record
