Deployment/Release Manager (Contract)

For an international financial institution in Zurich we are seeking a highly motivated professional to take up the following challenge as a DEPLOYMENT/RELEASE MANAGER (CONTRACT). - 5634

REQUIREMENTS

- ITIL certification
- 5+ years' experience as Release Manager/Deployment Manager within a large organisation
- Skilled with: SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Powerpoint
- Knowhow of: Waterfall, Agile, SDLC
- Deployment knowhow with Mainframe and Unix
- Very good communication skills with the ability to reach multifarious stakeholders
- Experience in business analysis and support is an asset
- Fluency in English is a Must, German a high advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Plan & coordinate deployment execution of production changes (incl. DR) main focus Mainframe and Unix
- Review of deployment control procedures into UAT
- Moderation of Support Briefing Session for Support staff
- IT Control Tower: orchestrate, plan and conduct critical IT events
- Ensure Audit compliance
- Conduct post implementation reviews
- Respond to change inflicted production issues (PTS)
- Provide Service Transition SPOC to Environment Management (Process Governance/Tool Support)

CONTRACT DETAILS

Start: 01st September

Duration: 6 months

Daily rate: CHF 680 (all-inclusive)
