Projektbeschreibung

OVERVIEW:

- Manage the day to day activity related to the engineering and support desk deliverables of the contract.
- Provide customer reports as required.
- Meet with customer as required.
- Provide internal updates as to status of the contract deliverables.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for managing the deliverables and customer expectations of the contract.
- Create and manage the Operations Support Guide in conjunction with the customer.
- Acts as primary escalation point of contact for customer concerns related to the engineering and help desk services.
- Oversees project deliverables for project activities with the customer including, but not limited to, project status reporting.
- Sponsors and owns the execution of strategic deployment initiatives for products or services.
- Leads and directs the work activities of internal and external project staff across organizational boundaries.
- Manages the deployment project efforts from inception through completion, including tracking and evaluation of project performance.
- Ensures that projects are successful in meeting deadlines and clients' business goals.
- Participates or conducts project reviews and status meetings, ensures follow up on issues and risks, and communicates project status to stakeholders.
- Utilizes project management methodologies to ensure maximum project effectiveness.
- Motivates project team to ensure optimal performance

SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS:

- PMI certification or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience with mobile device, software, and help desk services in the retail vertical.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work with project team to manage deliverables within budget and on aggressive timelines.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

- Experience with project planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting
- Proven Experience in all aspects of Project coordination/management especially:
- Schedule Management,
- Scope and Change management
- Issue and Risk Management
- Stakeholder Management and Communication
- Excellent Client Relationship skills, representing the delivery team and ensuring that the project is delivered to commitments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a time critical environment
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Solid working knowledge of SharePoint
- Experience in Vendor Management, Contract Management is a plus
- Field service experience is a plus
- Field project rollout is a plus
- Experience with major retail companies is a plus
