DEPLOYMENT PERSONNEL READINESS COORDINATOR needed for a PART TIME CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Kansas City, MO.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- PC (MS Office) skills
- Must be able to pass a Federal background check
- This is a part time (10-15 hrs/wk) position with flexible hours

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Maintains individual staff files and safeguards personal and medical information to protect the privacy of the staff member
- Monitors status of deployable teams progress on pre-deployment requirements
- Serves as liaison with corporate administrative staff, medical and clinic staff
- Assists deployed staff with CONUS and OCONUS travel to include flight and lodging arrangements, passport and VISA acquisition, and travel expense reporting
- Assists the lead PR coordinator with clerical support tasks

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Associate Degree in Business Management and 4 years of applicable experience; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years of applicable experience
- Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment, with changing requirements and deadlines
- Proficient PC skills in MS Office Word, Excel and Access and the ability to learn new software
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with technical staff at all levels in a team-based environment.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and dependable
