Deployment Manager

On behalf of our client in the Life Science industry, Harvey Nash is looking for a Senior Deployment Manager for a 4+ month project in Switzerland.
- The role includes stakeholder management plan and entity engagement (kick-off meetings, ensure activities are defined to ensure go-live readiness) CPO, site and function cutover plans
- You are responsible for
- Issue management plan and recurring logging and issue resolution
- Risk management plan and recurring deployment risk assessment
- Transition Plan from project to Center of Excellence
- Ensuring all work streams that are directly related to cut-over and go-live are coordinated and managed to ensure the successful go-lives of sites in scopeEntity impact assessment and go-live readiness assessment
- Ensuring all potential impacts from the business process and system deployment is identified, recorded and assigned ownership
- Defining go-live readiness criterias with impacted entities
- Ensuring entity engagement to close out all impacts to ensure go-live readiness
- Tracking, monitoring, reporting and escalating any go-live critical issues
- Cut-over Management
- Ensuring cut-over plans are developed
- Tracking and monitoring all cut-over activities
- Managing any cut-over issues to resolution and escalating issues and risk as appropriate
- Performing risk management as appropriate
- Tracking and monitoring post implementation issues
- Hyper Care
- Coordinating with Governance and CCE to ensure smooth handover from project to operation
