Deployment Lead/Engineer | Win7 SOE | 4/5 Month Contract

OUR CLIENT:

Our client is a leading solution provider working on behalf of their client. As a result of a recent business win they are seeking a Lead Deployment Engineer for an upcoming project. This is a 5 month contract role that will involve travelling parts of NSW for 4-5 days at a time for a total of 6 weeks.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- SOE review and deployment
- Participate in Pilot and post-pilot workshop
- Creation of SOE Deployment procedure and update post Pilot review
- Documentation and Process orientated to act as feed of issues and reports to centralized PM
- Week-long out-of-city travel/accommodation will be required

REQUIREMENTS:

- Extensive Windows 7 and SOE knowledge (essential).
- Ability to write good/simple/detailed process documentation for deployment engineers
- Strong communicator with both technical and Project Management
- Be assertive and be willing to suggest potential improvements
- Ability to manage/direct resources
- Able to work with Project Plans, Churn sheets, Hardware inventory and Hardware status
- Work as part of an overall team
