Deployment Analyst x 2 (Q3)

2 new six month contract opportunities are available for Deployment Analysts to join this Federal Government Organisation based in Brisbane CBD.

THE DEPLOYMENT ANALYSTS WILL BE JOINING THE ORGANISATIONS BUSINESS ANALYSIS AND READINESS TEAMS TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide support to the Project Manager with regards to assist with project issues, risks, schedules, change requests and other project related duties,
- Be flexible with task assignment and deliverables to assist the team achieve commitments during planned and unplanned absences,
- Coordinate and monitor service management processes for the ABN/Business Names joint registration function with
- Supplement the Business Analysis and Readiness team undertaking the business change and release readiness activities required for major system upgrades.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING KEY EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES;

- Experience of ITIL service management processes ideally across multiple organisations.

Business change management skills and experience gained in public sector organisations (business process impact analysis and alignment, training and enablement, end-user support). - User acceptance test analysis experience (design, writing and executing test cases),
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a WBS and project schedule
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver appropriate project reporting for intended audience
- Demonstrated knowledge of managing project issues and risks
- Demonstrated  ability of managing a Change Control process
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical advice and solutions and mentor teams, including the ability to negotiate and mediate as required.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to operate under flexible working arrangements.
- Demonstrated experience in producing technical documentation.
- Ability to work with project managers, business representatives, business analysts and system testers etc to deliver project outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to be self motivated with minimal direct management and a demonstrated commitment to meeting deadlines
