HR Systems Deployment Analyst - Reward Systems - Stakeholder Management

One of the world's premier integrated oil companies is currently looking for a Deployment Analyst to support the implementation, deployment and initial operation of a common performance and reward management system in 65+ countries on an initial 6 month contract in Feltham.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Implement the deployment strategy for the global performance and reward management system
- Work with each country in order to ensure that all necessary deployment tasks have been completed in readiness for Go Live including data verification/readiness
- Manage relationships with key country and business stakeholders to ensure complete engagement

EXPERIENCE:

- Experience supporting the implementation and deployment of HR Systems including Reward Systems whilst dealing with multiple countries
- Extensive stakeholder management with experience interacting with stakeholders throughout all stages of the life cycle including requirements gathering, testing and support
- Experience and good knowledge of salary, bonus and equity calculations
- Experience and good knowledge of passing data between Reward systems and other external HR systems including SAP
