A leading Telecoms company are looking to recruit a Departmental Administrator in Berkshire on a contract basis.

*Provide support to Head of Region, Functional Managers and all team members.
*Schedule meetings & diary management for HOR & FM's
*Fulfil administrative activities including typing, filing, receiving telephone calls
*To co-ordinate with other Team Administrators and Personal Assistants to ensure a common approach to working practices and improvements in communication is achieved.
*Raise purchase orders for members of the team.
*Ordering items via the internal ordering system 'Gordon'.
*Co-ordinate team events.
*Attend appropriate departmental meetings and take actions and minutes.
*Ensure timely and accurate completion of RAN Performance & Optimisation Timesheets. Chase outstanding timesheets and ensure 100% completion.
*Act as the point of contact within the group for recruitment, liaising with candidates, and ensuring the new starter process is completed successfully.
*Manage desk and telephone moves.
*Administer the induction process for outsource resources, and ensure new starters have desks, telephones, equipment and removing leavers equipment
*Local Health, Safety & Environment coordinator for Warrington & Manchester offices. Co-ordinate H&S information for the department, ensuring standards and policies are adhered to. Attend Regional Safety Team Meeting. Ensure appointed managers are completing H&S duties as required.
*Regular meetings with facilities to ensure that all actions for the department have been implemented.
*Booking meeting rooms and booking projectors.
*Keeping departmental desk plans up to date.
*Stationary orders for northern offices.
*Tracking holiday and sickness for HOR's direct reports.
*Tracking headcount.
*Updating organisation charts & maintenance of accurate contacts lists.
*Checking and submitting overtime for team members in time for payroll deadline.
*Liaising with facilities on facilities issues..
*Travel booking for managers..
*Booking in regular meetings for HOR, 121's, Communications Events, Management & Progress Meetings and any other meetings as required.
*Ensuring the North region complies with H&S Policy and procedure.
*Arranging training courses as required, preparation of appropriate training materials.
*Holiday cover for Senior Administrator in the South.
