Dep Terminal Manager- 9 Month Contract- E Yorksh

My client have an urgent requirement for a Deputy Terminal Manager to undertake a 9 month contract in the East Yorkshire area with a highly competitive rate of pay being offered. The role is of extreme importance to the client, one of the UK Power/O&G industries largest companies, and as such they are hoping to recruit a Senior Individual capable of man-managing large teams and being responsible for key aspects of a major Gas-storage site. This role will entail: Assisting the Terminal Manager and Operations teams with the development of annual Terminal budgets for all activities and monitors expenditure on such budgets to manage the limits set. * Own the Terminal 365 planning process * Owns the Terminal threat assessment process * Deputize for the Terminal Manager * Manages the Permit to Work system on behalf of the Terminal Manager. Responsible for the authorizing of PTW applications. * Direct line management of the Operations Shift Managers * Works with other business teams to ensure facilitation of maintenance and projects to meet business priorities and to maximize plant availability * Audits, assesses and reviews the management system and tools that are in place to identify deficiencies and improvements. To ensure Terminal operations continue safely and efficiently and meet the environmental obligations.
