Alzheimer's Society is the leading support and research charity for people with dementia, their families and carers. Dementia affects over 800,000 people in the UK alone and numbers continue to grow.

We are looking for an individual who can provide information and support across the West Essex area, primarily by telephone. We are seeking to appoint someone with an understanding of the issues affecting people with dementia and carers, experience of delivering information on the telephone, a broad understanding of statutory and voluntary services and good communication skills.

You will possess NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) or demonstrable experience.
