For our international client based in Basel, Experis is currently looking for a Demand Tracking Process Analyst.
Background:
The Collaboration and Shared Platforms team is aiming to create a harmonized demand tracking process across teams based on simple technology like Smartsheet or Google Sheets.
The demand management process shall list projects and initiatives and resource assignments across groups in order to better manage the pipeline and provide customer feedback and expectations setting for delivery.
General information:
- Start date: ASAP (Latest start date: 02.10.2017)
- End date: 31.12.2017
- Work location: Kaiseraugst
- Workload: 100%
- Remote/Home Office: not possible
- Travelling: rarely to Germany (Penzberg or Mannheim)
Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Assess existing resources and project tracking practices
* Define common resources and process
* Establish transparency in existing tool sets
* Establish process and tool introduction
* Ensure adoption new process in teams
You bring for this role the following qualifications:
Must Haves:
- +3 years of experience in business analysis and process mapping/improvement
- Experience with resource management and tracking
- Working experience with SmartSheet and Google Sheets
- Good English skills (written and verbal)
Nice to Haves:
- Preferably experience with portfolio management with focus on resource and dependencies tracking
