Demand Resource Manager - £400/day - London

Banking client in London require a Demand Resource Manager to fulfil a 6 months contract paying up to £400/day.

The Demand & Resource Manager (D&R Manager) will lead on all resource and demand management related activities across the departments. The D&R Manager will analyse and look at the bigger picture of work demand, in order to adequately staff the portfolio of programmes and projects with permanent and/or contract resources.

Knowledge Required
*Knowledge of governance processes, resource management and people planning processes.

*Team leadership experience, particularly work scheduling and planning
*Proven ability to build strong business relationships, influence and negotiate with key stakeholders, flexing style to meet the needs/expectations of differing cultures within the organisation
*Communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals, and deal effectively with agencies, external suppliers, legal, technical and other specialists.
*High degree of organisational awareness (how to get things done in the organisation).
