Demand Resource Manager

The Demand & Resource Manager will lead on all resource and demand management related activities across the departments. The Demand & Resource Manager will analyse and look at the bigger picture of work demand, in order to adequately staff the portfolio of programmes and projects with permanent and/or contract resources. Working closely with the team, they will continually assess and address the skills/resource needs of current projects and initiatives and resource as appropriate. They will be critical in supporting the effective recruitment, development and retention of resources. Demonstrable experience of resource and demand planning and management must be evident within the CV

Communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals, and deal effectively with agencies, external suppliers, legal, technical and other specialists.

Wide range of proven change management ability and experience gained on a number of IT and Business portfolios
