Our Client, a Multinational FTSE 100 Organisation is presently seeking Demand Planning Analyst to join their Reading based team.

The role will be to support the European Demand Team, at a Regional level, in ensuring the integrity of sales forecasting work whilst the business undertakes a big project to overhaul the portfolio of products it sells.

Demand Planning Analyst Role Description:

* Provide analytical support for validating sales forecasting work to ensure ongoing operational efficiency whilst the business implements a significant project of product portfolio changes.
* The work will comprise analysis of the regional, consolidated sales forecast to ensure changes in the forecast are flowing through properly from Country-level plans and identifying issues and inconsistencies.
* Where problems are identified, investigating and highlighting what data is missing, and making the relevant teams aware.

Demand Planning Analyst Skills Required:

* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel to include lookups and pivot tables
* Ability to deal with large datasets
* Ability to work under pressure
* Ability to recognise what's important and prioritise work appropriately
* Clear communication
* Demand Planning experience
* Familiarity with SAP APO Demand Planning tool
