Our financial services client currently has an opportunity for a Demand Manager to join their Service Transformation Project. This project aims to enable cost transparency through the definition of a Service Portfolio for Group Services.
To be considered for this role, you must have the ability to understand and influence demand for Business and underlying services. Previous experience Identification of user Profiles, Patterns of Business activity and Value Chain Mapping.
Experience in financial services is a pre requisite, as is strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
