DEMAND MANAGER/+3 MONTHS/BRUSSELS, BELGIUM

For one of my clients I am currently looking for a Demand Manager for a +3 months contract in Brussels.

Responsibilities of the Demand Manager will be to understand, anticipate and influence customer demand for services. Demand Management works with Capacity Management to ensure that the service provider has sufficient capacity to meet the required demand.

Demand Manager - Role Description

The Demand Manager is responsible for understanding, anticipating and influencing customer demand for services. The Demand Manager works with capacity management to ensure that the service provider has sufficient capacity to meet the required demand

Service catalogue manager is required for the large transformation program within finance sector. This programme is responsible for transformation of IT services from one supplier to another.

Required skills

- Identify information that can provide insight into future demand for services.
- Predict future demand for services
- Identify user profiles
- Identify and document Patterns of Business Activity
- Suggest measures to influence service demand or adjust capacity
