Demand Manager

Currently Templeton & Partners is looking for an Experienced DEMAND MANAGER to join one of our international clients for a position in RIJSWIJK, THE NETHERLANDS of 6 MONTHS with option of extension.

THE TASK

Templeton & Partners is looking for a strong communicative Experienced DEMAND MANAGER. This opportunity will require someone with expert understanding of both Business Analysis and Data/Finance systems. Work closely with the other Demand Planners within and outside the team to ensure end to end integration of the whole picture.

SOME OF YOUR KEY ACTIVITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Analyze, define, obtain approval and implement the validation of the costs and invoices from suppliers under Enterprise Technology Service Operations Management

Data mining through large amounts of data and picking out relevant information
-

Compile and summaries them with clear and concise message to leadership
-

Provide data analysis support
-

Develop and maintain database
-

Provide operational supporting according to the line of business
-

Forecast Business demand (costs) for future and outer years
-

Data analytics with tools such as Power BI, Alterix, Splunk
-

Ensure alignment of cost management picture
-

Workforce planning, strategy and HR coordination activities Dimensions and Special Challenges Vast scope and complexity of services

Strong stakeholder management needed

OUR CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR YOU TO HAVE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS IN:

-

Finance background (ie. Education) with experience supporting IT or IT background with Run and Maintain (non-project) Cost Management background

Business and Data analysis experience
-

Excel experience
-

Access experience
-

SQL database (Oracle or SQL Server)
-

Demonstrated self-initiative and working with ambiguity skills

Drive to deliver demonstrable value to the businesses

Negotiation skills and commercial mind-set
