Outsource UK are actively seeking to recruit a Demand Manager for a six month initial contract based with our key financial services Client, that we are working with as a first tier supplier.

THE CLIENT:

Leading
- services can be represented as an E2E cost that Finance can use to model business unit contributions;
- services can be modelled against business processes/customer journeys to enable demand forecasting against the projected forecast demand/budget for Group Services.
- End users can request products associated with the Services from an online catalogue, with the approval of the associated costs, and the subsequent fulfilment facilitated by a service management toolset.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

The successful candidates must have the following skills and experiences:

End to end process knowledge.

- Identification of User Profiles, Patterns of Business Activity and Value Chain Mapping.
- ARIS Modelling in a Financial Organisation
- Liaison with customers and business units to capture and verify service requirements.
- Supporting and co-ordinating service provider responses back to the business including costings.
