Demand and Supply Planner

Harvey Nash is looking for a Senior Planner for an 11 month project in Switzerland.

You are responsible for

. Issuing the detailed scheduling for a frozen period of 1-2 weeks taking in consideration the inventory targets, available capacity, customer demand and optimizing the sequence/change over based on the rhythm wheel and shift pattern agreed with operation
. Converting the planned order in process order
. Confirming material readiness prior to developing frozen schedules
. Executing the internal follow up/alignment with the internal stakeholder (QA, QC, Production, Regulatory, Finance, Master Data, Warehouse) in order to release the production order in time
. Releasing ECO (BOPM change) and production order as applicable
. Checking material availability with horizon 0 5 weeks on a monthly base
. Developing the Production plan for 0-5 week horizon
. Attending the Production plan/schedule attainment meeting with operation and aligning with them on a daily basis
. Leading the schedule alignment and consensus meeting with OPS
. Supporting as necessary and as applicable the downstream replenishment and TIMELY RELEASE/SHIPMENT of products to meet Customer Service targets
. Identifying and addressing potential short term supply constraints and escalate to MPS/POC
. Analyzing on a weekly basis supply/demand alerts (NRP30/COC) and escalating to MPS/POC/EPL through STEM process based on the threshold
. Training Curriculum compliance

Requirements

. Clear understanding of internal Supply Chain trends/flow
. Ability to embed a culture of harmonization and process improvement and value creation
. Collaborates effectively to achieve performance improvement
. Knowledge of SAP highly preferable
. Establishes effective communications
. High analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication
. Strength in interdependent partnering
. Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work in a Matrix environment where priorities change rapidly and tight deadlines exist
. Ability to partner with others; look for collaboration with people from different departments and all levels.
