My Banking Client is looking for a Demand and Resource Manager to lead all resource and demand management related activities across the Programme.

The successful candidate with be responsible for Demand Management, Resourcing, Organisational Development and Retention, so experience across these areas is essential.

The roleholder will need to work closely with the Programme team to assess and address resource needs and resource as appropriate.

Strong Communication skills are required, along with the ability to manage Senior Stakeholders.

A track record of delivering change is essential.

Financial Services experience preferred.
