Demand Analyst

We are currently searching for a Demand Analyst to work in The Hague, The Netherlands for 4 months plus extensions. This is a fantastic contract opportunity for a large multi-national client.

The key responsibility of the Demand Analyst will be to ensure that invoices are analyzed, and the appropriate actions are taken to resolve any invoicing issues. This role will also be responsible for updating the cost allocation database and mapping tables as well as performing volume verification on a monthly basis. By actively monitoring invoices for the three bundles mentioned above, the Demand Analyst must foresee problems with the invoices and take action accordingly to insure a timely and accurate cost allocation and reporting process.

Tasks
Gather evidential data for invoices
Use tools provided to conduct Volume Verification (VV) against the evidential data in IOL
Coordinate with Demand Planners for VV Investigation
Maintain tracking sheet for queries, disputes, and changes.
Identify and escalate structural problems within the process
Function as an information source for all involved in the process
Function as a communication focal point for Finance and Demand Analysts
Drive process improvement
Issue timely cost reporting to all parties involved
