We have urgent requirements for an DELPHI DEVELOPER

These are Contract Opportunities located at BOREHAMWOOD, UK.

Duration: 6 MONTHS

Location: BOREHAMWOOD, UK

Start Date: ASAP

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Excelent knowledge of Delphi language and IDE (newer versions - XE5+, which support Unicode and 64 bit)
- Experrience with systems working in Real Time, doing data acquisition and hardware control, signal processing and conversions.
- Read and understand existing Delphi code
- Strong Object Oriented programming (OOP) skills
- Fluent knowledge of Borland (Embarcadero) Delphi VCL library
- Fluent knowledge of Windows API and using DLLs
- Experrience in using multiple threads to fullfil different tasks at the same time, whth interraction between them and the main VCL thread.
- COM/DCOM, DDE and OPC for inter process communication with third party software products for control of specific devices
- Experrience with code versioning and sharing systems: Git, SVN
- Experrience with the following Delphi components:
- TeeChart Pro from Steema
- PDF Creator components
- Virtual Tree
